DB/Cosmos DB/Cassandra/Mongo DB, Kafka, Junit, Cucumber and Mockito.  Provide the architectural design for features / capabilities planned in each of the PODs with
due consideration on performance needs of each of those process based on their peak
capacity needs.
 Ability to create high level and detailed design for the features assigned to the team.
 Establish guiding principles for defining standards & code reviews; define review checklists
for code delivery.




 Perform periodic reviews on the code developed by the POD team and provide suggestions
for improving the quality of code.
 Ensure all best practices, standards, coding principles and unit/automation test strategies
are followed within the teams; ensure the code coverage, sonar violations are periodically
reviewed, and they are all within the standards prescribed.
 Valuable interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
 Good Customer interaction and coordination with multiple teams
 End to end ownership of delivery, independently handling the deliverable and Perform Peer
review.
