We are growing the India practice to support complex enterprise engagements, and we are looking for QAs who want to work on meaningful problems and grow into leadership over time.

Senior QA:

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join a high-visibility, enterprise-scale digital transformation initiative: migrating a major global financial services platform from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

This is a highly technical, layered role. You won't just execute ticketsyou will own entire testing workstreams across functional, CMS, accessibility, and API testing, while actively building modern automation frameworks.

What youll be doing:

- End-to-End Test Ownership: Author detailed test plans, matrices, and traceability docs for complex multi-component features. Drive root-cause analysis on defects.
- AEM & Content Testing: Validate AEM authoring workflows,



structured content models, component rendering, and Drupal-to-AEM data/SEO migration.
- Modern Automation: Build and maintain E2E and visual regression test cases using Cypress or Playwright.
- Accessibility (a11y): Lead compliance audits against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA using Axe, WAVE, and manual screen readers.
- AI-Driven QA: Leverage AI assistants for test case generation, exploratory charters, and code drafting, while critically auditing AI outputs for hallucinations or faulty selectors.
- Community & Mentorship: Guide junior/mid-level QAs on best practices and contribute to building out our growing India QA Center of Excellence.

What wed like to see:

- Experience: 4years 7 years of QA experience on enterprise web applications, with deep expertise in CMS testing (AEM experience is highly preferred).
- Automation Stack: Strong hands-on experience with up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Playwright or Cypress).
- API Testing: Proficient in testing REST APIs and GraphQL using Postman or similar tools.
- Performance & A11y: Practical knowledge of Core Web Vitals (Lighthouse, DevTools) and accessibility testing tools (Axe, WAVE).
- AI Aptitude: Genuine interest in AI-assisted testing tools, with the engineering-grade skepticism required to validate AI-generated code.
- Certification: ISTQB CTFL certification is mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with global Engineering, Product, and BA stakeholders.
