About the Role

As a Property Consultant at Company Homes, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, creating a positive first impression. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, guiding them through our sales process, and providing essential support to our Sales and Business Development teams. This role involves a blend of office-based tasks and on-site client engagement, including collaboration with the Sales team during client visits. A strong ability to plan and achieve targets is crucial, as is ensuring the effective use of our CRM tool and maintaining process integrity within the Sales and Marketing teams.

What You Will Do:

- Achieve monthly call targets by engaging with qualified leads regarding property buying and selling.
- Communicate with homeowners whose properties Company Homes is evaluating.
- Conduct virtual property tours for prospective buyers and assist the Sales team in closing transactions.
- Gather data and log it promptly in the CRM.




- Generate dashboards and reports from the CRM for stakeholder updates.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.
- Contribute to closing sales and achieving monthly targets alongside the Sales and BD team.

What You Need:

- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new CRM systems for record maintenance and reporting.
- Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other Indian language.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining data accuracy and organization.
- Keen observation skills.
- A positive, target-driven mindset.
- This role requires a 6-day work week, including weekends, as these are typically the busiest days in the real estate industry.
