We are seeking a proactive and experienced to lead sustainability and green building certification projects across LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, and ECBC. The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Plan, monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissions
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.)




- Identify risks and opportunities to improve project performance
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processes
- Support business development through proposals and client meetings
- Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trends
- Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectively

Qualifications

- Min Bachelor's degree in the relate subjects
- Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Expertise on LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC
