Position- Finishing Supervisor – High-Rise Building

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Qualification: ITI / 12th / Diploma / Graduate

Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction

Salary: upto 6.5 PLA

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day finishing activities at the high-rise construction site.
- Manage and monitor internal and external finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, and related works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, engineers, and other site departments.
- Ensure finishing work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress to achieve project timelines.
- Inspect completed work and identify defects, snags, and rectification requirements.
- Ensure proper finishing and workmanship before handing over areas for the next stage of work.




- Maintain daily progress reports and update seniors regarding site activities.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow and enforce site safety rules and construction procedures.
- Resolve day-to-day site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of building finishing activities.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Ability to supervise contractors and labor teams.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and finishing specifications.
- Solid coordination, communication, and site-management skills.
