- Coordinate with customers and distributors to understand requirements and promote company products.
- Manage, record and distribute leads to the respective sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team and follow up on leads, negotiations and deal closures.
- Communicate with customers/distributors regarding product requirements, pricing and commercial discussions.
- Maintain MIS of customer, distributor, lead and deal details.
- Conduct market/customer research and provide insights for business opportunities and product development.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups and conversions.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Service or Sales Coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
