Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects across relevant industries and target markets using LinkedIn, databases, company websites, and other lead-generation sources.
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements, current challenges, decision-making process, and potential need for the company's services.
- Set up qualified meetings and demos between prospects and the Sales Manager / Business Development team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints to improve response and meeting conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM, including lead status, conversations, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide relevant prospect information before meetings.
- Track key metrics such as calls made, conversations, emails sent, response rates, qualified leads, meetings booked, and meeting conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in B2B presales, lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, SDR, or business development roles.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting, preferably selling services or solutions to businesses.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with decision-makers and senior professionals.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and consistent follow-ups.
- Good understanding of lead qualification and B2B sales processes.
- Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting and sales tools.
- Target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable working with daily and weekly activity targets.
