You will own three things from week one:

The sales pipeline. Research prospects, write outreach, follow up. If someone books a call with Flowdojo, part of that is on you.

Two social media accounts. Mine, and the studio page. 4 posts a week each. You plan, write, brief design, Create Content, schedule. Full ownership.

Content that actually builds the business. Reels, Long Form Videos, Educational Content. Be the Face of Flowdojo.

We're a Webflow design studio. 135+ websites built for B2B companies in the US, UK, Australia. Webflow Premium Partner. Small team, real clients, international work.





You'll learn how a creative agency actually generates pipeline. What messaging converts. What content builds trust. What a real sales conversation looks like. Not theory — live, week by week.

What I'm looking for: Bhopal-based. Speaks Fluent English. Not Camera Shy, Doesn't wait to be told what to do next. Finds B2B, startups, or design genuinely compelling.

Stipend is paid. Duration is 3–6 months. Perform well and we'll have a specific full-time conversation before you leave — not a vague we'll see.
