Position : Quality Control Executive

Location : Joka, Kolkata (Pharmaceutical & FMCG Manufacturing Plant)

Job Description

1. Sampling and testing of Raw Materials, Cosmetics, Packing Materials, In-Process samples, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods.
2. Assist in analysis of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-Process samples, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods.
3. Calibration and verification of analytical instruments of quality control laboratory.
4. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures of Microbiology.
5. Preparation of specifications and Standard Testing Procedures of Raw Material, Packing Materials, In-process Samples and Finished Goods.
6. Ensuring laboratory safety and maintaining QC laboratory compliance.
7.



Preparation of volumetric solution, its standardization and re-standardization.
8. Ensure that analysis are completed according to established Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), and also Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
9. Performing microbiology analysis and reporting of Raw Materials, Cosmetics, In-Process samples, Semi-finished Goods , Finished Goods and maintain all document and ensuring timely completion.
10. Adherence to Quality policies and Workplace Health and Safety.
11. Ensuring successful completion of any other job assigned by senior.
