Key Responsibilities:

- Identify suitable land parcels and conduct feasibility studies.
- Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals.
- Liaise with revenue officials and relevant authorities to ensure a smooth purchase process.
- Handle documentation, legal formalities, and compliance related to land acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assess zoning regulations, land titles, and due diligence requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, local authorities, and property consultants.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-7 years in land acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
- Education:



Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Robust negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and regulatory procedures.
- Experience working with government departments and revenue officials.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close deals efficiently.
