Job description

- Design & develop casting patterns for various types of foundry castings
- Oversee the core box manufacturing process, cold core box, shell core box, packing core & PTO core
- Manage no-core bake process, optimizing results & improving casting quality.

Required Candidate profile

- Develop & optimize gating systems and casting designs for improved production outcomes
- Evaluate solidification FEA to enhance casting robustness & quality
- Hands-on exp in core box manufacturing
