Hiring For – Assistant Manager – Maintenance

We are hiring for our Manufacturing top client and looking for an experienced Maintenance qualified from the Automotive / Manufacturing industry.

Job Title - Assistant Manager – Maintenance ( Bhiwandi Location )

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: 45,000– 50,000 per month

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic issues.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records & spare inventory.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality & Stores teams.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
- Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen & continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.
