- Should have 5+ years of experience preferably a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Daily hands on with generative coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, etc.).
- 5-10 years of experience in .NET application development (.NET 6/7+, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs).
- Daily use of GitHub Copilot or Cursor (or equivalent) for >6 months on real codebases.

Hands-on experience building or integrating:

- Vector search (Pinecone, Redis, FAISS)
- Azure OpenAI or local LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) via API
- RAG workflows and multi-step AI agents in enterprise workflows
- Familiar with xUnit/NUnit, Swagger, DocFX, and CI/CD integration in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Robust Git, PR review, and software quality enforcement skills.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation (GPT Score, human eval), and latency/cost optimisation.
- Ability to explain GenAI concepts to engineers and non tech stakeholders.
- Solid foundation in data structures,



algorithms, distributed systems, and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, troubleshooting, and agile development
- Should be Passionate for technology and eager to learn new trends
- Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders and team members

Preferred Skills :

- Fine tuning experience (LoRA, RLHF) on open weights models (Llama 3, Mistral).
- Knowledge of LangChain.NET or experience embedding agentic logic in C# services.
- Experience with prompt evaluation, A/B testing, or ranking GenAI completions.
- Prior mentorship or internal coaching experience (brown-bags, bootcamps, L&D;).
- Published prompt libraries, .NET GenAI tools, or AI-driven .NET POCs.
