- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in automation testing is required.
- Proficiency in Python (including Pandas and Numpy) and Selenium.
- Hands-on expertise with testing automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and JUnit.
- Robust background in handling JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Experience in test management and test planning, including designing test cases, creating user stories/scripts, and executing tests.
- Familiarity with successful Agile techniques, including User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration & Deployment, Continuous Testing, and Automated Testing.
- Should have high analytical and technical capabilities.
- Comfortable using Agile team management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in test reporting.
- Experience working with distributed/multi-location teams.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams, managing multiple assignments and priorities.
