We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager Principal to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 11-16 years of experience in resource management, with a proven track record of effectively managing and allocating resources to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor and report on resource utilization and performance.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts and issues promptly.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of recent team members.
- Provide training and guidance to junior resource managers.
