We are looking for an experienced Gen AI / AI-ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Core Python. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and modern AI frameworks, with experience working on any major cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using Core Python.
- Develop and implement RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases.
- Design Agentic AI workflows and intelligent AI applications.
- Integrate LLMs and AI models with enterprise applications through APIs.
- Develop scalable and production-ready AI services using Python.
- Fine-tune and optimize AI/LLM solutions for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on any major cloud platform.
- Implement MCP for context management and integration with external systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML,
Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Python.
- Robust experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and vector databases.
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and workflows.
- Experience with LangChain or similar Gen AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM application development.
- Experience integrating AI models through REST APIs and scalable services.
- Experience with MCP or similar context/integration protocols.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of AI application architecture and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment frameworks.
- Experience building production-grade Gen AI applications.
- Knowledge of scalable cloud-based AI architectures.
- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
