Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect scalable solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Define technical roadmaps and solution architectures.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across large-scale AI initiatives.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering governance.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
- Guide teams throughout the AI lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
- Establish and implement MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Build and optimize AI platforms, model deployment pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
- Drive performance optimization, observability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, and stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, solutioning sessions, and presentations.
- Mentor AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Architects.
- Support capability development, hiring, technical upskilling, and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills





- 10–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Vector Databases, and AI Orchestration frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Robust technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
