Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong recruitment background and proven experience hiring for Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or

Healthcare BPO roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely closures.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring targets, and SLAs.




- Support bulk and niche hiring across Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, and Healthcare BPO.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–6 years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Mandatory experience hiring for Healthcare, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare BPO roles.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing experience.
- Candidates should be currently based in Chennai.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days notice are preferred.
