Senior Analyst, Algorithm Development Engineering

KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), specifically the LS-SWIFT Division, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Algorithm Development Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of physicists, engineers, data scientists, and problem-solvers who are creating cutting-edge metrology and inspection products for the semiconductor industry. You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing advanced algorithms that enable the next generation of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge deep computer vision, signal processing, traditional machine learning, or image processing algorithms.
- Perform rapid prototyping and validation of current image processing and machine learning related ideas.
- Develop end-to-end solutions that holistically consider the system, imaging pipeline, user experience, and end application requirements.




- Work in a highly cross-functional organization to participate in/drive systems integration of algorithms.
- Write robust, production-quality code.
- Own the transition of algorithms from prototype to production.

Skills

- Strong background in one or more of the following areas: Signal processing, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, or image processing.
- Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, Python, and object-oriented design.
- Knowledge of common deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Ability to formulate problems into mathematical equations.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in design and rendering software is a plus.

Qualifications

- Doctorate (Academic) Degree; or Master's Level Degree; or Bachelor's Level Degree.
- Ability and willingness to travel worldwide to support demos and projects at customer sites.
