- To Undertake the visit of collaterals which are proposed to be security against home loan.
- To provide collateral underwriting report within stipulated TAT
- Create and update online valuation reports.
- Take pictures of the property on site
- Verify approved building plans and property title records
- Maintaining a MIS of all instances brought by your branches and monitoring them with the valuer.
