We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate teams, manage workflows, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Graphic Designing and be capable of coordinating between creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and other creative teams.
- Plan and monitor projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Allocate tasks and track team performance.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams when required.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per quality standards.
- Support management in planning and improving business processes.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing – SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, etc.
- Basic to good knowledge of Graphic Designing, branding, creatives, and design workflows.
- Strong team coordination and management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Agency Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing / Creative / Advertising Agency will be an added advantage.
- Should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
