**Job Summary** The Lab Technician will support Senior Technicians in board bring-up activities and shipment packing. The candidate will work closely with Senior Technicians, and the Test & Tune Manager on various tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: **Key Responsibilities** + Support the testing and tuning of headboards, demo boards, adapter boards, and use-case demo platforms. + Deliver demo board testing and tuning activities in accordance with documented procedures and weekly plans. + Ensure demo board builds meet ON Semiconductor quality specifications. + Read, understand, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to board rework. + Assist the Lab Manager in maintaining the laboratory and managing raw material inventory. + Support daily lab operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with laboratory safety requirements. + Assist with packing and preparing shipments as required. **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON)
