*Job Summary*

A leading company in the Maritime industry is looking for a confident *Inside Sales Executive* to handle *International Calling*. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales for maritime services/products to global clients.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Make *international outbound calls* to prospects in shipping, logistics, and maritime sectors

- Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into sales

- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate maritime solutions/services

- Maintain and update CRM with call logs, client details, and sales activities

- Coordinate with operations and support teams for quotations, proposals, and order processing

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs





- Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the maritime industry

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

1. *1-2 years* experience in *Inside Sales / Tele Sales* with *International Calling*. Maritime/Shipping/Logistics experience preferred

2. Excellent *English communication skills* – verbal and written. Neutral accent preferred

3. Graduate in any discipline

4. Proficiency in *MS Office, CRM tools, and calling software*

5. Valuable knowledge of maritime terms and global time zones is an advantage

6. Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused

7. Willing to work in rotational shifts to match international time zones

8. Based in *Chennai* or willing to relocate to *Royapet*

*Preferred*

- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Ship Chandling, or Marine Services

- Experience with B2B international sales

Work Location: Royapet, Chennai.
