We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects within our organization. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery, adhering to timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise in project management methodologies, coupled with domain knowledge in insurance, will be instrumental in driving our initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities1. Full Lifecycle Management

- Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

2. Methodology Mastery

- Demonstrate proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Tailor the project management approach based on project requirements.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of project milestones.

3. Risk Mitigation

- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business units, development teams, and executive leadership.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and achievements.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.

5. Budget and Resource Management

- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures.
- Allocate resources effectively based on project requirements.
- Ensure optimal utilization of project resources throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Quality Assurance





- Uphold project quality standards by implementing industry best practices.
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to approved project specifications, processes, and deliverables.

7. Domain Expertise – Insurance

- Insurance domain knowledge is preferred.
- Leverage insurance industry knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Understand industry-specific challenges and tailor project solutions accordingly.

8. Bringing AI into the Delivery Function

- Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance project delivery processes.
- Automate documentation and reporting activities, including BRDs, SOWs, project updates, and delivery reports.
- Utilize AI for risk prediction and resource optimization during product rollouts.
- Cultivate a culture of AI adoption within the delivery team, ensuring AI augments team productivity while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Align AI capabilities within products, such as claims automation and fraud detection, with delivery processes to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Experience

- 5–7 years of dedicated Project Management experience.
- 10–15 years of overall professional experience.
- Experience managing projects across the complete project lifecycle.
- Robust experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in project estimation techniques is required.
- Pre-sales experience is preferred/expected.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas for project-related meetings, discussions, and engagements.

Certifications – Preferred

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
