Designation - SAP Operator

Key Responsibilities

* Operate and maintain SAP for daily warehouse and logistics transactions.

* Handle SAP SD Module activities related to sales orders, deliveries, dispatch and billing processes.

* Create, update and verify sales orders, delivery documents and related SAP entries.

* Maintain accurate inventory and stock-related data in SAP.

* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and transport teams for smooth order processing.

* Monitor and resolve basic SAP transaction-related issues.

* Prepare daily reports related to orders, dispatches, inventory and warehouse operations.

* Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP.

* Maintain proper documentation and records as per company procedures.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience as an SAP Operator / SAP Executive in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.

* Any Graduate.

* Must have working knowledge of SAP SD Module.

* Basic understanding of sales orders, deliveries, dispatch and billing processes.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

* Valuable organizational and communication skills.
