* Lead generation through primary and secondary research, writing emails and making follow-up phone calls, conducting business research for international clients and prepare customized reports and company profiles. * Interacting with clients, discussing international opportunities and closing business deals. Prepare business proposals and update client MIS sheets * Collect and collate client and contact databases. * Identify Key Stakeholders, decision makers, to suggest suitable solutions that address business needs. * Conduct Email campaigns for better customer outreach and visibility. * Lead generation, Cold Calls, presentations & relationship building and other promotional activities. * Monthly status report preparation and forecast to Management * Scanning news alerts and media articles on the web * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to co- ordinate and organize key events, meetings and conference calls. * Organizing meetings for clients and senior management at events, visits and road shows.



* Planning and organizing high-profile large corporate events for international delegates. * Regularly update IAC activities on social net working sites and other online platforms. * Attend relevant events across India for networking and business purposes. Desired profile of the candidate: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills * Person should have experience in talking to clients and meeting them. * Experience with industry associations, trade and investment promotion organizations, knowledge management, research, and business support activities of a services organization are preferred. * Good understanding of business culture in India and of international trade practices would be desirable. * Independent, mature, resourceful, experience managing multiple tasks and taking ownership of their duties are all key attributes.
