We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry with 5+ year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to oversee the Omnichannel / MT Customers’ Sales operations for our personal care product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a focus on optimizing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective operations across all regions in India.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Collaborate with the Retail Head to set sales targets and KPIs for the Trade segment.




- Drive the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

2.Key Accounts Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned Omnichannel / MT Customers, including inventory management, product placement, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with key accounts to develop joint business plans, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies.
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure Customers are aware of sales and marketing activities to implement them in a cost and time effective manner. Collect Feedback on how the activities running
- Provide continuous Brand and Product training to store associates.
- Organize regular updating training programs.
