About the Role

Were looking for a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our existing members.

Youll interact with customers primarily through WhatsApp, app chat, Instagram, and community groups , helping them with questions, concerns, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, Instagram, and community groups.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, timely solutions.
- Assist members with program, app, workout, nutrition, and account-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on unresolved concerns until closure.
- Proactively check in with customers and identify potential issues.
- Maintain a positive and supportive customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the relevant teams.
- Help improve customer engagement, satisfaction,



and retention.

We're Looking For

- 13 years of experience in customer support, customer service, customer experience, or chat support .
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and qualified while handling complaints.
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Genuine interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
