About the job

As a Marketing Executive at KnowledgeChakra, you will play a crucial role in driving our lead generation efforts and expanding our reach in English, Tamil, and Telugu-speaking markets. Your proficiency in these languages will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and create impactful marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to collect student data from online and offline sources.
- Identify and explore new avenues to gather relevant student databases.
- Organize, analyze, and maintain the collected data accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with company standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the research findings.

Skills Preferred:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart and proactive, with the ability to think creatively to gather data.
- Keen interest in sourcing and gathering data from diverse channels
- Basic proficiency in or Google Workspace for data entry and organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Prior experience in market research or data collection (preferred but not mandatory).

Probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 3,70,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 /year
