Job Description About the Role
nDelhi Public School, Sector 67A, Gurugram is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cambridge Program Coordinator to lead the implementation and delivery of the Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes. The role involves providing academic leadership, ensuring curriculum excellence, supporting teachers, and maintaining compliance with Cambridge International standards.

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.n
- Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance.n
- Mentor and support teachers in Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.n
- Coordinate curriculum reviews, lesson observations, and academic audits.n
- Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.n
- Liaise with Cambridge International and manage all related documentation and compliance requirements.n
- Organize professional development programmes and training for faculty.n
- Work closely with school leadership to strengthen academic standards and student outcomes.n

n Eligibility & Experience
n
- n
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.n
- Proven experience within the Cambridge International curriculum framework.n
- Currently serving as a Cambridge Coordinator in an established Cambridge school orn
- An experienced Senior Teacher/Academic Leader aspiring to move into a curriculum leadership role.n
- Solid understanding of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.n
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.n
