Role: Field Sales Executive – Institutional Sales Openings: 5 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + TA + Performance Bonuses Industry: School Education, AI, Robotics & Skill Labs Future Gurukuls is looking for experienced and confident Field Sales Executives who can visit schools, conduct qualified presentations and product demonstrations, handle objections, negotiate with school management, and close institutional sales deals. This is a field-based closing role. Qualified leads will be provided by the company. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking the opportunity from meeting to final closure. Key Responsibilities Visit schools and meet Principals, Directors, Trustees and Management. Deliver professional presentations on AI, Robotics and Skill Lab solutions. Conduct product and kit demonstrations. Understand the school’s requirements, budget and decision-making process. Prepare and explain proposals and commercial offers. Handle objections, negotiate professionally and close deals.
Maintain regular follow-up until payment and order confirmation. Update lead status, meeting notes and sales progress in the CRM. Travel regularly within the assigned territory. Ideal Candidate 1–5 years of experience in B2B, institutional or school sales. Proven experience in field sales and deal closure. Experience in EdTech, school publications, smart classrooms, school ERP, STEM, robotics, science labs or educational products will be preferred. Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable discussing high-value solutions with school management. Proficient in Hindi and professional English. Must be comfortable with frequent field travel. Must own a laptop and be able to conduct PPT-based presentations. Two-wheeler or personal vehicle will be an advantage.
