- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)n

Job Summary nThe Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities n

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.n
- Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.n
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.n




- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.n
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.n
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.n
- Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.n
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.n
- Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.n
