nWhat You'll Do

- Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone Calls.n
- Handle order-related concerns including tracking, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery issues.n
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping and delivery-related escalations.n
- Maintain a positive,



empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.n
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.n
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems.n
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure quick issue resolution.n
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with relevant teams for process improvements.n
- Meet daily response time and resolution targets.n
