Job Description Position Summary
nWe are looking for experienced APSCA CSCA qualified Social Compliance Auditors, with 3+ years of experience in Social Compliance auditing who are passionate about improving responsible business practices across global supply chains.
n
nThe successful candidate will conduct social compliance audits for international brands and
nprograms including SEDEX/SMETA, SLCP, RBA, TFS, Higg, customer-specific supplier
nassessments and other sustainability programs.
n
nThis role requires extensive travel across India and occasional international assignments.
n
n Key Responsibilities
nThe auditor will be responsible for:
n
- n
- Conducting Social Compliance audits in accordance with APSCA requirementsn
- Customer Code of Conduct auditsn
- Responsible sourcing assessmentsn
- Reviewing documentation and evaluating labour practicesn
- Interviewing workers and managementn
- Preparing explicit and timely audit reportsn
- Identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunitiesn
- Maintaining APSCA Code of Professional Conductn




- Delivering audits within quality and reporting timelinesn
- Supporting witness audits and calibration activitiesn
- Maintaining competence through continuous professional developmentn
- Performing audits against: n

n Qualification
n Essential

- n
- Graduate in Engineering / Science / Social Science / Commerce or equivalentn
- APSCA Registered CSCA Auditor (Mandatory)n
- Valid APSCA registration in good standingn
- Excellent written and spoken Englishn
- Proficiency in MS Officen
