n Role Description
nThis is a full-time, in office Associate Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Associate Architect will assist the Senior Architects and Principal Architect in designing, planning, and managing architectural projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, GFCs, technical working drawings,



design detailing, overseeing project management efforts, ensuring smooth integration of services, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects within the specified timeline and quality standards.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fieldn
- Working experience in an architecture firm preferredn
- Expertise in Architecture and Interior Design is desirablen
- Strong skills in Project Management, including coordination and executionn
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilitiesn
- Proficiency in design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, AI tools etc.)n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentn
- Experience in residential villas or farm house design and planning is a plusn
