- Understanding upcoming trends and validating the trends with aspirational brands for commercial assurance.n
- Create Colour Board in the beginning of season with updated shades by buying samples from the Brand.n
- Regularly do Market Research with Team and make a presentation to identify any particular trends or style that can be incorporated in the range for better business.n
- Create Market benchmarking report and share with the team after visit.n
- Internal reviews to select range with buying team.n
- Vendor visit for sample development.n
- Lab dip approvals for bulk production.n
- Artwork creation for the selected styles and coordinate with the vendors.n
- Review strike offs and give comments for pp sample.n
- Give pp sample comment with buyern

nEducation & Experience:
n
- n
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience requiredn
- Graduate or Post Graduate from NIFT or PEARL is preferredn
- Well versed in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and other software necessary to do CADs and illustrationsn
