nWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Real Estate or Interior Design industry.
nKey Responsibilities:
n* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real estate professionals
n* Identify and generate potential leads from builders and real estate projects
n* Develop new business opportunities and lead-generation channels
n* Collect and maintain relevant project/customer data
n* Coordinate with the interior sales team and ensure quality leads are shared for further conversion
n* Consistently achieve lead-generation targets
nWhat We're Looking For:
n* 2–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Interiors




n* Robust network and connections with builders & developers
n* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n* Good understanding of lead generation and business development
n* Target-oriented and proactive approach
n* Ability to work independently and deliver results
nLocation: Madhurwada, Visakhapatnam
