nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Manage CRM, sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development KPIsn
- Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, proposals, concept notes, and commercial submissionsn
- Develop budgets, pricing models, cost estimates, and profitability assessmentsn
- Coordinate with Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Technical, M&E;, and Communications teamsn
- Drive proposal timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder coordinationn
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sustainability/industry intelligencen
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs, and customer-facing materialsn




- Support conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and client engagementn
- Improve BD processes, CRM workflows, SOPs, templates, and automationn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, International Development, or a related fieldn
- MBA/Master's degree preferredn
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Proposal Managementn
- Strong commercial and business development acumenn
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, proposal writing, and storytelling skillsn
- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline managementn
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and commercial analysisn
- Robust stakeholder management, analytical, research, and project management skillsn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlinesn
