Job DescriptionRole Summary
nThe SME will play a critical role in overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting activities for Private Credit funds/Structured Loan Accounting. The role requires robust domain expertise, particularly in credit instruments, and the ability to ensure delivery excellence, technical accuracy, and high-quality standards across all engagements.
nPrivate Credit Fund Accounting & Administrator Coordination
n
- n
- Assist with preparation of accounting support packages and coordinate with third-party fund administrators for multiple Private Credit entities.n
- Review operating expenses, loan activity, and account reconciliations, including credit-related balances.n
- Compile data and prepare detailed support workpapers across funds.n

nTrial Balance & Close Review
n
- n
- Perform detailed reviews of monthly and quarterly trial balances prepared by fund administrators.n
- Identify breaks related to loan balances, interest accruals, fees, and expenses, and coordinate timely resolution.n
- Over time,



take ownership of investigation and resolution of issues in collaboration with administrators.n
- Actively contribute to improving efficiency in the close-the-books process.n

nFinancial, Investor & Regulatory Reporting

- Review quarterly financial reporting, including:n
- Financial Statements (FS): Validate consistency between trial balances, SOI data, loan schedules, and other client deliverables.n
- Investor Capital Statements (P-Caps).n
- Regulatory reporting (e.g., MMIF).n

nPrivate Credit Instrument Knowledge (Critical Requirement)
nThe role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Private Credit instruments, including but not limited to:

- Term Loansn
- Revolving Credit Facilities (Revolvers)n
- Delayed Draw Term Loans (DDTLs)n
- Interest structures including PIK (Payment-in-Kind) interest, cash interest, OID, and related accrualsn
- Understanding of commitment tracking, drawdowns
