nWe are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Manager / Senior Manager – Influencer Activation to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across brands. The ideal candidate will own campaign planning, execution, creator relationships, stakeholder management, and team coordination while ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality campaign outcomes.
nThe role requires solid experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution, creator partnerships, client servicing, and cross-functional collaboration within an agency setting. Key
nResponsibilities:
n• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
n• Develop activation strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand goals.
n• Build and manage relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and platform partners.
n• Own campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and execution from kickoff to closure.



• Oversee influencer sourcing, negotiations, commercials, contracts, and onboarding.
n• Ensure brand briefs are executed accurately while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
n• Manage campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis with actionable insights.
n• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media, production, and client servicing teams.
n• Mentor and guide junior activation executives while ensuring operational excellence. • Identify process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability. • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, AI tools, and the evolving creator ecosystem. • Contribute to creator strategy, content direction, and campaign ideation.
