Job Description Role Overview: The Dealer Funding Operations team supports financing provided to automobile dealers for purchasing vehicle inventory. The role ensures smooth loan processing, accurate documentation, timely repayments, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

n Key Responsibilities

- Manage dealer funding (inventory financing) operations from loan disbursement to closuren
- Coordinate with dealers, OEMs, and internal teams for smooth operationn
- Monitor dealer credit limits, stock levels, and funding utilizationn
- Process dealer loan disbursements, repayments, and account reconciliationn
- Handle dealer repayment adjustments, receipt allocation, and outstanding trackingn
- Prepare and process eNACH mandates for automated loan repaymentn
- Ensure all loan documents (Loan Agreement, KFS, etc.) are complete and accuraten
- Track pre-disbursement and post-disbursement documentsn
- Complete statutory registrations such as ROC and CERSAIn
- Monitor overdue accounts and identify potential credit or operational risksn




- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, internal policies, and audit requirementsn
- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve issuesn
- Support system improvements by preparing BRDs, participating in UAT, and driving process automationn
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards for managementn

n Preferred Profile

- n
- 5–10 years of experience in Dealer Funding, Inventory Funding, Wholesale Lending, or Operations within an NBFC, Bank, or Captive Finance companyn
- Experience in dealer financing PV/ CV/ CE is preferredn
- Valuable understanding of loan operations, reconciliations, documentation, and compliancen
- Knowledge of ROC, CERSAI, eNACH, and NBFC regulations is an advantagen
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skillsn
- Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting toolsn
