Job DescriptionJob Title: Team Lead – Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Gurgaon Reports To: Associate Director – Business Development Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Business Development Representative (BDR) to build, coach, and lead a high-performing Business Development team. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused leadership role responsible for driving qualified pipeline generation across global markets. The ideal candidate is someone who has progressed through the sales organization—starting as a top-performing SDR/BDR, progressing into an Account Executive role and/or successfully leading high-performing business development teams. This role requires a leader who understands what exceptional outbound prospecting looks like, can lead from the front, and can coach a team to consistently exceed pipeline targets. The successful candidate should have experience selling into international markets, including APAC, EMEA, and North America , and be comfortable managing teams supporting multiple geographies and time zones.



Experience in B2B SaaS is essential, while experience in FinTech, TradeTech, or Financial Services is a solid advantage. This role includes ownership of both individual and team pipeline goals , making it ideal for a player-coach who combines front line leadership with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities ● Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Development team. ● Drive outbound pipeline generation through structured, multi-touch, multi-channel prospecting campaigns. ● Lead by example through active participation in prospecting activities, account research, messaging development, and pipeline creation initiatives. ● Coach BDRs through call reviews, role plays, objection handling, qualification, and messaging refinement. ● Build and optimize repeatable outbound playbooks, sales cadences, and prospecting best practices. ● Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Rev
