nResponsibilities

n• Experience managing Dynamics 365 or CRM implementation projects
n• Project planning, scheduling, and resource management
n• Budget and vendor management
n• Risk, issue, and dependency management
n• Stakeholder management and executive reporting
n• Requirements, testing, and go-live coordination
nPreferred skills (nice-to-have)
n• Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementation experience
n• Contact Center transformation projects
n• Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
n• Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
n• Change management and user adoption experience
nTools, systems, or technologies required
n• Microsoft Project
n• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center
n• Microsoft Teams
n• Microsoft Office 365
n• Power BI
