Job Description Splashit is hiring a full time Social Media Manager.
nWe’re looking for someone who understands content, has a strong eye for visuals, and can help us build Splashit into a brand people love to follow online. This role is mainly focused on Instagram, with some posting and content support for Twitter/X as well.

n What you’ll do

- Create engaging photo, video, reel, and story content for Splashitn
- Plan and manage the content calendarn
- Shoot and edit day-to-day social media content at the studion
- Post consistently across Instagram and support posting on Twitter/Xn
- Come up with fresh content ideas, trends, campaigns, and hooksn
- Cover events, customer experiences, workshops, and behind-the-scenes momentsn
- Coordinate with the team to highlight offers, launches, special events, and collaborationsn
- Help grow engagement, followers, and overall brand presencen
- Track what content is performing and improve based on insightsn

- Someone with good aesthetic sense and content instinctsn
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on phone and/or cameran
- Knows Instagram well — reels, stories, trends, captions, engagementn
- Can write simple, catchy, brand-appropriate copyn
- Organized, proactive, and able to execute quicklyn
- Someone who enjoys being around creative, fun, high-energy spacesn
- Prior experience in social media/content creation is preferredn

- Experience with lifestyle, kids, events, entertainment, or experience-based brandsn
- Basic design/editing skills on Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar toolsn
