We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Telecom Services and Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing strategic customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by selling telecom, network, cloud, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise customers through proactive hunting activities.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Sell Telecom Services, Managed Network Services, Unified Communications, Cloud Connectivity, SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, Data Center, IoT, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Develop account strategies for key enterprise customers and expand existing business through cross-selling and upselling.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and Business Decision Makers to understand business challenges and position appropriate solutions.




- Own the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Presales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Operations teams to develop customized customer solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain opportunities in CRM.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging telecom technologies.
- Participate in customer meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to generate current business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Enterprise Telecom Sales, ICT Sales, or Managed Services Sales.
