Position Overview nWe are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities, telephone communication, visitor coordination, and routine administrative support.
nThe ideal candidate should have good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English , a pleasant personality, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception n

- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, employees, and other stakeholders professionally.n
- Manage the reception/front desk and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.n
- Attend and respond to incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.n
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate department/person.n
- Maintain visitor records, call registers, and other front-office documentation.n
- Coordinate visitor appointments and meetings.n
- Receive and distribute letters, courier, and other official communications.n
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.n

Telecalling & Communication n

- Make and receive telephone calls as required for organizational activities.n
- Communicate with beneficiaries, families, vendors, visitors, staff, and other stakeholders.n
- Follow up on calls and maintain proper records of communication
