nYour Tasks
n• Develop relationships with premium residential customers (homeowners, families, high-net-worth individuals) and build partnerships with real estate developers, residential communities,



and property management companies
n• Drive commercial business with premium B2B clients like international schools, embassies, luxury hotels, hospitals, and corporate offices.
n• Accompany our private, commercial and governmental customers and partners throughout the complete value chain
n• Prepare presentations and proposals for residential, commercial and governmental projects
n• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
n• Create reports regularly, maintain data for business and team-oriented opportunities, and document activities in CRM
n• Provide technical field consultation, installation, training, maintenance and troubleshooting support, and prepare field reports
n• Represent IQAir at local exhibitions, events, and support partners
