n About the Role
nThis role plays a critical part in ensuring timely import execution, documentation accuracy, and alignment between suppliers, logistics partners, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

n Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end import shipments from origin to final deliveryn
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure timely movement of goodsn
- Preparing and reviewing import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of originn
- Ensuring compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and applicable trade lawsn
- Monitoring shipment schedules, transit timelines, and clearance processes to avoid delaysn
- Tracking shipments and proactively resolving operational issues such as documentation discrepancies,



customs queries, demurrage, or detention risksn
- Coordinating closely with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to align delivery timelines and operational requirementsn
- Supporting cost optimization initiatives by monitoring freight, duties, and logistics-related expensesn
- Maintaining accurate records in ERP systems or logistics platforms to ensure audit-ready documentationn
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency across import operationsn
