Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Revenue Growthn

- Drive new client acquisition for marketplace-focused solutionsn
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from lead identification to deal closuren
- Build and manage a healthy revenue pipelinen

Marketplace-Led Sellingn
- n
- Sell marketplace growth solutions (ads, full-funnel strategies, catalog-led growth, expansion initiatives)n
- Create and present client-facing pitch decks, marketplace audits, and strategy documents to support new business and expansion conversationsn
- Work closely with internal teams to convert platform insights into strong sales narrativesn

Partnerships & Ecosystem Managementn
- n
- Build relationships with partner agency POCs, category teams, and platform stakeholdersn




- Leverage partnerships to unlock co-selling opportunities and enterprise dealsn
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner-led initiatives are closed and scaledn

Client & CXO Engagementn
- n
- Lead commercial and strategic conversations with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makersn
- Pitch proposals, negotiate commercials, and close high-impact dealsn
- Act as the commercial owner for growth and expansion opportunitiesn

Reporting & Forecastingn
- n
- Track pipeline, conversions, closures, and revenue contributionn
- Provide accurate forecasts and updates to leadershipn
- Use data to refine pitch strategies and improve win ratesn
- Senior Associate: 2–6 years of experience with proven deal closures and revenue ownershipn
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsn
- Robust commercial acumen with a results-first mindsetn
