nRelevant professional experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Design Coordination, or Project Execution is mandatory.

nDegree Holders (B.Arch or B Tech(civil) or Equivalent): 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
nDiploma / ITI Holders: 5–7 years of relevant skilled experience.

nAbout the Role
n
nVasu Design Works is inviting applications for the position of Architect / Assistant Architect for deployment at Hero MotoCorp, Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural and interior design coordination, preparation of working and execution drawings, vendor and consultant coordination, and site-related activities to ensure smooth project delivery across corporate and industrial projects.

nThis is a one-year contractual position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
n




nKey Responsibilities
nPrepare and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
nDevelop working drawings, execution drawings, tender documentation, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
nCoordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
nConduct site visits for coordination, supervision, progress monitoring, and quality checks.
nAssist in the preparation of BOQs, material specifications, and presentation documentation.
nEnsure design intent, project requirements, and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
nMaintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and version control.
nSupport the resolution of design and execution-related issues during project implementation.
